Wendy is committed to thriving, long-lasting organisations whose vision, strategies and governance are grounded primarily in social responsibility and ethics. While all her work incorporates her unique style of creative rigour, through The Glastonbury Company she delivers her talents as a Writer, Speaker, and Leadership Coach specialising in Corporate Social Profit - the result of the Corporate Social Responsibility strategies of any organisation.

Her current positions are:

• Managing Director of the Campbell Family Group of organisations since 1988, including The Glastonbury Company which she founded in 1989;
• Director, Community Vision Incorporated;
• Director (Youth Services), Rotary Club of Perth;
• Chairman, Enterprising WA Board.

Deeply committed to the community in which she lives, Wendy has been involved with community organisations since she was 16. Currently she is an active member of Rotary International (Perth Club), Institute of Public Administration of Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

She has been married to Rob, doctor and fellow adventurer, for 36 years. They have three adult children, two children-in-law and two delightful grand-children. When not doing her work, which she loves, she enjoys reading about and adventuring on land and ocean and spending time with family and friends. See our family website.
